Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Revwue. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. THE SERVICE
1.1 What Revwue provides
Revwue is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to:
- Send WhatsApp messages to customers requesting feedback and Google reviews
- Route positive feedback toward Google reviews
- Capture negative feedback privately
- View messaging analytics and customer activity via a web dashboard
1.2 Service availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruption.
1.3 Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing of any feature at any time. We will give at least 14 days notice for material changes via email.
2. ACCOUNTS
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use Revwue. By creating an account you confirm this.
2.2 Account responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@revwue.in
2.3 One account per business
Each business should maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
3.1 Permitted use
Revwue may be used only for legitimate business purposes — specifically to request genuine feedback from real customers who have had an actual interaction with your business.
3.2 Prohibited use
You must not use Revwue to:
- Send messages to people who have not interacted with your business (cold messaging / spam)
- Send messages to numbers obtained from purchased or scraped lists
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual
- Impersonate another business or individual
- Send messages containing illegal, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content
- Attempt to manipulate or fake Google reviews in violation of Google's policies
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Revwue platform
- Resell or sublicense access to Revwue without written permission
- Use the platform in any way that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Meta's Business Policies
- Use the platform in any way that violates the Information Technology Act 2000 or any other applicable Indian law
3.3 Consequences of misuse
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
4. WHATSAPP AND META COMPLIANCE
4.1 Your responsibility
You acknowledge that Revwue operates on top of WhatsApp's Business API, governed by Meta's Business and Commerce Policies. You agree to comply with all Meta and WhatsApp policies in addition to these terms.
4.2 Template messages
All WhatsApp messages sent through Revwue use Meta-approved message templates. You must not attempt to circumvent template requirements or use the platform to send unapproved content.
4.3 Opt-in requirement
You confirm that every customer number you upload has a legitimate opt-in — meaning the customer gave you their number voluntarily in the context of a business transaction. Mass uploading of numbers without this relationship is a violation of WhatsApp policy and these terms.
4.4 Account suspension by Meta
If Meta suspends or restricts the WhatsApp Business Account used by Revwue due to your misuse, we are not liable for any resulting loss and no refund will be issued.
5. PLANS AND BILLING
5.1 Plans
Revwue offers the following plans:
- Free — 10 review requests per month at no charge
- Starter — 100 requests per month, billed monthly or yearly
- Growth — 250 requests per month, billed monthly or yearly
Current pricing is displayed at revwue.in/pricing. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details on our servers. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
5.3 Billing cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You will receive an email receipt after each successful charge.
5.4 Failed payments
If a payment fails your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after a 7-day grace period. Your data will be retained and you can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
5.5 Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days all payments are non-refundable. Yearly plan refunds after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@revwue.in.
5.6 Price changes
We may change pricing with 30 days notice by email. If you do not agree to the new pricing you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
6. CANCELLATION
6.1 How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
6.2 After cancellation
After cancellation your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is retained for 90 days after which it is permanently deleted if you do not resubscribe.
6.3 Account deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data email hello@revwue.in. Deletion is irreversible and completed within 30 days.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Our IP
All code, design, content, trademarks, and materials on the Revwue platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
7.2 Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Revwue including customer data, business information, and feedback. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the service.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about Revwue, we may use them to improve the product without any obligation or compensation to you.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 No warranties
Revwue is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will meet your specific requirements
- Your Google rating will improve
- Messages will be delivered successfully (delivery depends on WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure)
- The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
8.2 Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Revwue shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8.3 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity
- Damage to your Google rating or business reputation
- Actions taken by Meta or WhatsApp including account suspension
- Third-party service failures (Twilio, Supabase, Vercel, Resend)
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revwue and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any third party's rights
- Any content you upload or send through the platform
10. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Revwue integrates with third party services including WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Twilio, Supabase, Resend, and Vercel. Your use of these integrations is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for their actions, availability, or changes to their services.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
11.1 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India.
11.2 Dispute resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes by emailing hello@revwue.in and giving us 15 days to respond and resolve the issue.
11.3 Class action waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding.
12. GENERAL
12.1 Entire agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Revwue regarding use of the service.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
12.3 No waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
12.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign ours freely.
12.5 Force majeure
We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
